Elham Roushani is the Chief Financial Officer of Ontario Health.
He is a senior financial executive with over 20 years of experience in health care and the private sector. From 1997 to 2020, he oversaw the financial affairs at Cancer Care Ontario as their Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In August 2021, Elham became the first CFO of Ontario Health overseeing the integration and financial affairs of over 22 agencies into one organization called Ontario Health.
Graduating with a BSc degree from the University of Guelph in 1986, Elham pursued his Chartered Accountancy Professional designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and obtained his CA (now CPA) designation in 1990.
