Governance Committee

The Governance Committee oversees the Reporting & Assurance Standards Oversight Council’s governance framework to ensure the effectiveness of the oversight council, its committees, and individual members, in line with its Terms of Reference. As a standing committee, it is accountable to the oversight council. Committee meetings are not open to the public.
