Armand Capisciolto

Armand Capisciolto is the National Accounting Standards Partner with BDO Canada LLP, where he has spent the majority of his career. Armand joins the Board with extensive knowledge and experience with all of the Canadian financial reporting frameworks, servicing private and public companies, not-for-profit organizations, pension plans and public sector entities.

He has a breadth of experience working with standards, having been a member of the Public Sector Accounting Discussion Group, the Accounting Standards Board’s International Financial Reporting Standards Discussion Group, and a former member of the IFRS Advisory Committee and the Auditing and Assurance Standards Board’s Internal Control over Financial Reporting Task Force.
