Josée Desjardins

Josée Desjardins, MBA, ICD.D is Vice-President, Business Development and Marketing at iFinance Canada, a fast-growing Canadian fintech company. She leads national market expansion and oversees teams responsible for business development and marketing. Her mandate focuses on scalable growth strategy, performance optimization, and disciplined execution within a regulated financial environment.

A certified corporate director (ICD.D) and ICD.D examiner, Josée is committed to governance excellence, independent oversight, and fiduciary responsibility. She serves on advisory boards including Women in DSO Canada (co-chair), the W Foundation (École des Grands), and the Marie-Vincent Foundation. During her tenure at Breakfast Club of Canada, she contributed to the creation of Canada’s national school food program.

Bilingual and nationally experienced, Josée has held leadership roles in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, and Quebec, and lived in Behchokǫ̀, Northwest Territories — bringing a pan-Canadian perspective to governance and public-interest mandates.
