Jennifer Teoh

Jennifer Teoh is an Associate Partner and Leader of EY’s Ottawa Financial Accounting Advisory Services Practice. She specializes in providing strategic finance, accounting, and reporting advisory services to organizations across many industries, with a focus on government and public sector clients. She is fluently bilingual and brings over 17 years of experience in accounting policy, financial & corporate reporting, audit, forecasting & budgeting, internal controls over financial reporting, and performance management from public practice and industry.

Prior to joining EY, Jennifer was Deloitte’s Ottawa Accounting & Reporting Advisory Leader and had a leadership role in their National Public Sector Assurance Practice. She earned her Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, a Graduate Degree in Chartered Accountancy from Concordia University, and is an FSA Credential Holder (Fundamentals in Sustainability Accounting), issued by the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board. She has held governance positions in non-profit organizations as a Board Member at Options Bytown, Treasurer at Harmony House, and Finance Chair at Ethiopiaid Canada. Jennifer is a recipient of Ottawa’s Forty under 40 award, in recognition of her business, professional, and community contributions.
