A Chartered Professional Accountant since 1984, Claude holds an MBA from HEC Montréal and a master's degree in applied ethics from the University of Sherbrooke.
He has held management positions in several public and cooperative organizations in Quebec and has taught graduate-level courses in public sector financial management and public finance at ENAP (École nationale d'administration publique).
Claude also sits on several boards of directors, including one in the health sector, and holds a corporate governance certification from Université Laval.
He is the author of Guide to Financial Reporting for Public and Non-Profit Organizations.
He joined the Council in 2026 and resides in Longueuil, Quebec.
