Lorraine has a unique blend of executive corporate roles and director experience, as well as experience founding and running a highly successful and recognized business. She has significant experience in risk oversight, cyber security and information technology, post M&A integration, strategy formulation and execution, as well as executive performance.

Lorraine has served on several boards and committees including, Hospice of London, United Way of London & Middlesex and Calgary, Telus Spark, and Mount Royal University.
