Richa Khanna

Richa Khanna is a partner at RDK Partners LLP, a boutique firm engaged in providing quality management and consulting services to small- and medium-sized practitioners. She provides advice on accounting and assurance, practice management, and regulatory compliance matters. Richa performs engagement quality reviews; assists with implementation of new standards of practice, design, and operation of quality management systems; and conducts efficiency and effectiveness reviews for assurance engagements.

Prior to her current role, Richa led the professional standards team in a mid-sized firm and worked in one of the big four firms for over two decades. Richa holds a Canadian CPA designation and is a Fellow CA (FCA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Richa is passionate about education. She is involved in the development of materials for provincial professional development sessions, and instructs on accounting, assurance, quality management, and ethics-related topics at the Schulich School of Business, various provincial bodies, and her SMP clients.

Richa is actively involved with the profession and serves as a volunteer with various committees at CPA Ontario, CPA Canada, and Accounting Standard Board, which help her stay abreast with developments in professional standards as they apply to CPAs in Ontario.
