Mike Harris

Mike is a retired Partner with PwC, where he led the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practice and the firm’s Net Zero program. He also served as Chair of the Board of PwC Canada. Over his 35-year career with PwC, Mike focused on providing risk and controls advice and solutions to boards and senior management teams, with a focus on ESG.

Mike is active in the governance community. He has served on the national and British Columbia boards of the Institute of Corporate Directors and was the Corporate Governance Disclosure Judging Coordinator for the CPA Corporate Reporting Awards. Mike is an experienced director with current appointments including Foundations for Social Change, and the Capture Photography Festival, where he is a founding board member. Past board roles include the Parkinson’s Society of Canada, the Parkinson’s Society of British Columbia, J West, the Jewish Community Centre, and the Jewish Federation of Greater Vancouver.
