Michelle is a Senior Assurance Partner with MNP LLP with over 25 years of experience in assurance and accounting. She currently leads the Assurance Professional Standards Group at MNP which develops firm assurance policy and methodologies, consults on accounting and audit technical issues, and develops and delivers training for the MNP assurance practice. Michelle is a trusted and experienced leader with excellent strategic, operational, organizational and communication skills.
Michelle is currently a Board Member and Audit and Risk Committee Chair of CPA Alberta and served on the CPA Alberta Practice Review Committee for several years, including two as Chair. In addition, she participates in a volunteer capacity with other Not-for-Profit Organizations.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta (1996) and became a Chartered Professional Accountant in 1999.
