Justin Molander, a member of Sapotaweyak Cree Nation, Chief Financial Officer of BC Indigenous Housing Society, where he supports financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit coordination, funder reporting, finance modernization, and board-facing analysis. He is also the Founder and Managing Director of Trading Post Investments Ltd., a consulting and investment firm focused on Indigenous business development, governance, investment readiness, and real estate.

Justin has more than 20 years of experience in financial reporting, governance, audit, risk management, Indigenous economic development, real estate, public policy, Indigenous-serving organizations, post-secondary education, and private enterprise. He serves as a director of Aether Holdings Inc., a Nasdaq-listed company, where he chairs its Audit Committee.

Justin teaches accounting, finance, audit, and taxation at Kwantlen Polytechnic University’s Melville School of Business. He has also developed Indigenous-focused accounting and finance materials, including financial literacy programming and CPA-related educational resources.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Business Administrations (Honours) and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA).
