Bob Bosshard

Bob Bosshard is a strategic leader and director with expertise in financial literacy, risk management, capital markets, and environmental, social, and governance reporting. He had a multi-decade career with PwC, both in Canada and the U.K., retiring as partner in 2016. He brings significant experience working with Canadian and U.S. public companies, and a deep understanding of global business practices, IFRS® Standards, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission requirements, and quality management. 

For the past 20 years, Bob has served as a valued director on a range of diverse boards, including Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada – Chair of the Audit Committee, Joseph Brant Hospital, and Halton District School Board. He received a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from Lancaster University, U.K., holds accounting designations in both Canada and the U.K., and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
