Performance Review Committee
AcSOC’s role includes overseeing and evaluating the performances of the AcSB and PSAB. AcSOC also provides input into their activities to meet Canada’s financial reporting needs. The Performance Review Committee was established to support AcSOC in determining if the AcSB and PSAB achieve their annual and strategic objectives.
Nominating and Governance Committee
Appointments to AcSOC, the Accounting Standards Board and Public Sector Accounting Board are made by AcSOC following recommendations from its Nominating and Governance Committee. This Committee’s members who comprise a wide variety of Canadian business leaders to help ensure appropriate and balanced representation.
