AASB Steering Committee

About the AASB Steering Committee

The Steering Committee is a standing committee of the AASB. The Steering Committee helps staff to identify improvements in AASB processes. This is accomplished by working with staff on certain projects to reduce the amount of time needed for discussion of these projects at AASB meetings. The AASB does not delegate its decision-making authority to the Steering Committee and, therefore, the mandate of the Steering Committee is only to provide advice.
