  • PRC discusses Boards’ final quarter performances against their annual plans

  • Review and provide input into status of Boards’ annual plans, risks, and reports 
  • Receive final assessment on Boards’ past year’s performances 
  • Review results of Board Chair performance evaluation survey 
  • Approve recommendations for new member requirements
  • NGC reviews Board and Council vacancies, assesses requirements, and makes recommendations to AcSOC

  • Issue public recruitment calls for new members

August

  • Enjoy the summer holidays!

September

  • Close public recruitment calls for new members 
  • NGC reviews applications

October

  • Review and provide input into status of Boards’ annual plans, risks, and reports 
  • Approve updates to Council’s Code of Conduct** 
  • Approve updates to terms of references and statements of operating procedures for the Council, the NGC, the PRC, and the Boards**

  • NGC interviews new members
  • PRC reviews Boards’ draft strategic plans***

December

  • Enjoy the winter holidays!

January

  • PRC compares Boards’ performances against their annual plans (first three quarters) 
  • PRC reviews Boards’ draft annual plans for following year 
  • NGC recommends new members to AcSOC

February

  • Review and provide input into status of Boards’ annual plans, risks, and reports 
  • Receive assessment on Boards’ performance (first three quarters) 
  • Receive PRC assessment and provide input to Boards’ draft annual plans for following year 
  • Approve new and re-appointed members 
  • Review and provide input into Boards’ draft strategic plans***
