Susan Todd

CPA, MRM

Susan Todd is the founder of Solstice Sustainability Works. Her company’s services include ESG disclosures and sustainability strategy, management, training, and stakeholder engagement. She began her career with KPMG in the assurance practice and served as interim President for The Sheltair Group (now part of Stantec).

Susan also founded The Accountability Project, which offered training in sustainability reporting and assurance for ten years. She has delivered climate change training to CPA groups across Canada. She has been an instructor in sustainability or climate change at Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business, Royal Roads University, and other institutions.  Susan has volunteered with CPA Canada’s Corporate Reporting Awards, the CPA Canada Sustainability Advisory Board, and the Professional Associations Adaptation Working Group of BC. She also serves on the Board of Douglas College where she was Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee for three years. 

Susan is a CPA (1985) and holds a Master of Natural Resources Management (MRM) from Simon Fraser University (1994).
