  • PRC discusses Boards’ final quarter performances against their annual plans
  • AcSB issues public recruitment call for new Chair

  • Review and provide input into status of Boards’ annual plans, annual risks, and reports 
  • Receive final assessment on Boards’ past year’s performances 
  • Review results of Board Chair performance evaluation survey
  • Approve recommendations for new member requirements  
  • Meet with IRCSS Chair and receive ‘s status update
  • NGC reviews Board and Council vacancies, assesses requirements, and makes recommendations to AcSOC 
  • AcSB closes public recruitment call for new Chair 
  • NGC reviews applications for AcSB Chair and selects candidates for interviews

July

  • Issue public recruitment calls for new members
  • Receive draft of IRCSS recommendations report

August

  • Interview candidates for AcSB Chair
  • Receive final IRCSS recommendations report

September

  • Close public recruitment call for new members
  • NGC reviews applications
  • SVP, Standards leads negotiations with preferred AcSB Chair candidate (agreement on terms)

October

  • Review and provide input into status of Boards’ annual plans, risks, and reports 
  • Review and approve NGC’s AcSB Chair recommendation
  • Finalize and sign new AcSB Chair contract

November

  • NGC interviews candidates for new members

December

  • Enjoy the winter holidays!

January

  • PRC compares Boards’ performances against their annual plans (first three quarters) 
  • PRC reviews Boards’ draft annual plans for the following year 
  • NGC recommends new members to AcSOC

February

  • Review and provide input into status of Boards’ annual plans, risks, and reports 
  • Receive assessment on Boards’ performance (first three quarters) 
  • Receive PRC assessment and provide input to Boards’ draft annual plans for the following year 
  • Approve new and re-appointed members
