We want to ensure that our stakeholders across Canada can attend, no matter your availability and budget.
As a result, the meeting can be observed via in person or livestream!
Livestreaming allows us to broadcast our meeting live.
Most importantly, it allows stakeholders to observe the meeting online from the comfort of an office, home, and or anywhere else you may be. All you need to do is ensure you have a stable Internet connection and audio capability on the computer or mobile device you use to watch and listen.
Virtual observers tuning into the Group meeting via livestream will see and hear the discussion of Group members, as well as both the visuals and audio of any external presenters, in real-time along with in-person observers. For stakeholders tuning in from other time zones, there is no need to wake up early to watch in real-time. You will be able to watch the already-completed meeting sessions via recording on that day by registering for the livestream as well. There is no need to wake up early to watch in real-time. A week after the meeting, the archived audio recording of the full discussions will be available on our website.
